1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bing8 ("bing8," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bing8.co. By creating a bing8 account, accessing the bing8 website or mobile interface, or using any of bing8's gaming services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bing8 platform and close your account. Continued use of bing8 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all bing8 services, including but not limited to: online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, fishing arcade games, and all related promotional activities offered on the bing8 platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register for and use a bing8 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling;
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bing8, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had a bing8 account terminated for violation of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

bing8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) bing8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances held across all accounts.

When registering a bing8 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, bing8 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or other PAGCOR-accepted government-issued identification. bing8 may request additional verification at any time based on transaction volume, bonus eligibility, or regulatory requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bing8 account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify bing8 support immediately. bing8 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your bing8 account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any third party, including family members.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on bing8 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. bing8 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via Dragonpay), and Coins.ph.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your bing8 wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution, typically 15 minutes to 2 business hours. bing8 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 3–30 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: bing8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation, identity verification, or AML review. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, bing8 may require that the withdrawal be returned to the same method up to the original deposit amount. Only verified profits may be withdrawn to alternative methods.

Currencies and Conversion: All gaming activity, bonuses, and wagering requirements are calculated and displayed in Philippine Pesos. bing8 does not accept or disburse foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bing8 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published in the Promotions section of your bing8 account at the time the promotion is active. These Terms establish the general framework governing all bing8 bonuses.

• Wagering Requirements: All bing8 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal eligibility is created). Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period of the bonus or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution percentages are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: bing8 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings where bing8 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-variance games to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting, or any strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Withdrawal Prior to Wagering Completion: Requesting a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to bonus funds.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the bing8 platform operate under the rules published by the respective game providers and, where applicable, the rules displayed within the game interface itself. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to game outcomes.

bing8's slot and table games utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Live dealer games are operated in real time via video stream. bing8 is not responsible for network interruption-related game disconnections beyond its control. Where a live game session is interrupted before completion, bing8 will attempt to resolve the session based on available game state records.

bing8 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where bing8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome resulted from: technical error, software malfunction, data corruption, or any manipulation of the gaming system by the player or any third party.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bing8 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any script to interact with bing8 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or live dealer games;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Money laundering or using bing8 to conceal, convert, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without immediate reporting to bing8 support;
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose;
• Providing false identity information or falsifying KYC documents;
• Accessing bing8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security systems.

bing8 employs ongoing monitoring of player activity and transaction patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bing8 may act immediately without prior notice to the player.

8. Responsible Gaming

bing8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. bing8 provides the following player protection tools, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that trigger pop-up notifications displaying time elapsed and total wagered during the session.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may suspend their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During suspension, the account cannot accept deposits or bets. Activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the suspension period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely self-exclude. Self-exclusion requests are processed within hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

bing8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the player does not meet eligibility requirements, including age;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, bing8 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account as liquidated damages. Where an account is closed for regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, bing8 will return verified funds to the player's registered payment method following applicable AML review.

Players may voluntarily close their bing8 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bing8 platform, including but not limited to: software, game code, graphics, animations, audio, text, trademarks, logos, and interface design, is the property of bing8 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bing8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any bing8 content or software.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bing8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bing8 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bing8 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bing8 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; or any other non-direct damages, even if bing8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bing8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. bing8 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. bing8 operates under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of bing8 or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting bing8 support at [email protected]. bing8 will respond to formal disputes within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by PAGCOR.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bing8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bing8 will publish the updated Terms at bing8.co/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant amendments, bing8 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the bing8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using bing8 and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
